One Step CloserOne Step Closer By: Hellbentangel 17 Standing here close to a crumbling ledge, Earth barely standing firm, Losing ground and reason right and left, What was once stable pulled out, Now crumbling confusing thoughts are present, All too soon will I be falling, Down a dark falling, Nothing to stop my fall, Nobody to catch me if I have fallen, Now on my own, Got to figure this out before my ledge falls out completely, Need to form a solid foundation, Before I’m lost to the free falling sensation, Smothering my breath and clarity, And blacking out my veOne Step Closer
